Corporate Governance

The TOWER Limited Board recognises and supports the increased emphasis on corporate governance occurring in New Zealand and Australia. In particular, TOWER supports and adheres to the ASX Corporate Governance Council Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations, NZX Corporate Governance Best Practice Code and the New Zealand Securities Commission's Corporate Governance Principles and Guidelines.

The Board is committed to the highest standards of oversight, accountability and management of the Group. To see how TOWER's business practices reflect corporate governance best practice, based on the ASX's corporate governance principles and the NZX's corporate governance best practice code.

The Board will continue to regularly review TOWER's corporate governance policies and adherence to these policies and corporate governance best practice generally. Amendments will be made where required to improve Group governance practices and to meet best practice standards.
